Terms and Conditions
By signing up, depositing money, or playing games at QueenWin, you’re agreeing to follow these Terms and Conditions. If something here doesn’t work for you, please stop using the site straight away.
It’s your job to check whether online gambling is legal where you live.
1. Accepting these terms
When you use our site, you’re saying yes to these Terms. Make sure you read them properly before you start playing. If you keep using the site after we change anything, that means you accept the new version.
If we translate these Terms into other languages, the English version is the one that counts if there’s ever a disagreement.
2. Who can play
You need to meet a few requirements:
- You must be 18 or older (or whatever the legal gambling age is where you live if it’s higher than 18)
- Online gambling has to be legal in your country or region
- You need to double-check your local laws haven’t banned this type of gambling
We don’t accept players from certain countries. The list is quite long and includes places like the United States, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and China, plus many others.
Don’t try getting around these restrictions with a VPN or similar tools. If you do, we’ll close your account and you’ll lose any winnings.
3. Setting up an account
You’re only allowed one account – that’s it. If we find you’ve made more than one, we’ll shut them down, cancel your winnings, and reject any money you’re trying to withdraw.
Give us real information when you register, and keep it up to date. We might ask you to prove who you are at any point. If you don’t send us what we need, we might have to suspend or close your account.
4. Putting money in and taking it out
Only use payment methods that are in your own name. Your deposits have to come from your own bank account, card, or an e-wallet we’ve approved. Using someone else’s payment method isn’t allowed, and you’ll lose any winnings if you try it.
Minimum deposit: £10/€10/$10 Minimum withdrawal: £20/€20/$20
We’ll try to send your withdrawals back the same way you deposited. Most withdrawal requests get sorted within three business days, but your payment provider might take longer.
How much you can withdraw:
- Each week: £10,000/€10,000/$10,000
- Each month: £30,000/€30,000/$30,000
If you win more than these amounts, don’t worry – we’ll pay you in chunks based on these limits.
5. Taxes and charges
Any taxes or fees on your winnings are your responsibility. Check what applies where you live.
If you deposit but don’t actually bet anything, we might take processing fees out of your withdrawal. You need to wager your deposits at least once before withdrawing. If you don’t, we might cancel the withdrawal or charge you a fee.
6. Bonuses and special offers
Every bonus comes with conditions attached. You’ll need to meet certain wagering requirements before you can withdraw winnings that came from a bonus. If you abuse bonuses – like making multiple accounts or lying about your details – you’ll lose the bonus and anything you won with it.
Players from these countries can’t claim bonuses: Brazil, Estonia, Finland, Turkey, Poland, Ukraine, Sweden, Iran, Pakistan, and Russia.
Bonuses don’t last forever. If you don’t use them in time, they’ll expire. We can change, pause, or cancel promotions whenever we need to.
7. Games you can play
Some games aren’t available everywhere because of local rules or the game provider’s restrictions. Don’t use a VPN to get around this – if you do, you’ll lose your winnings and we’ll close your account.
NetEnt games aren’t available in quite a few countries. Some of their branded games have even more restrictions. Before you bet, make sure you understand how each game works and what it pays out.
8. Our fraud prevention
We take fraud seriously and use proper detection systems. Here’s what counts as fraud:
- Working with other players to cheat
- Coming up with clever ways to gain an unfair edge
- Doing dodgy things with other casinos or payment companies
- Reversing credit card payments or refusing to pay
- Having more than one account
- Any other type of cheating
If we think you’re up to something, we’ll close your account and stop your payments. We don’t have to explain why. We might also tell the relevant authorities what happened.
We don’t tolerate people trying to game the system with welcome offers or other promotions. If we catch you at it, your bonuses and winnings are gone.
We run random security checks and might ask for ID documents, bills, or proof of your payment method. If you don’t cooperate, we may suspend or close your account.
Just so you know – we’re not a bank. Your account doesn’t earn interest, and we don’t do currency exchanges.
9. Gambling responsibly
We want you to stay in control. Here’s what we offer:
- Deposit limits: Cap how much you deposit daily, weekly, or monthly
- Betting limits: Set a maximum on your bets
- Time-outs: Take a break by deactivating your account temporarily
- Self-exclusion: Lock yourself out completely for a while or permanently
If gambling is causing you problems, please get help. Organisations like GamCare, Gambling Therapy, and Gamblers Anonymous are there for you.
10. Proving who you are
We need to verify you’re really you, and that the money you’re using is yours. This stops criminals from using our site and makes sure withdrawals go to the right person.
You’ll need to upload:
- A photo of valid ID
- Proof of whatever payment method you used (unless you deposited crypto)
- Proof of your address
- A selfie holding your ID
- Sometimes other things we might ask for
11. Verifying your account
We might ring the phone number you gave us during sign-up. That’s just part of checking you are who you say you are. You won’t be able to withdraw until verification is done. If we can’t get hold of you within two weeks of asking, we’ll have to lock your account.
12. Keeping your data safe
Your personal information matters to us. We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. We won’t share it with anyone else unless we need to for providing our services or because the law says we have to.
Keep your login details secret. If you think someone else has got into your account, tell us immediately.
13. Accounts that aren’t being used
If you don’t log in or do anything with your account for 12 months straight, it becomes dormant. We might charge £10/€10/$10 per month for looking after dormant accounts. If the balance hits zero, we’ll close it automatically.
14. When technology goes wrong
We’re not responsible if your computer, software, internet connection, or anything else on your end causes problems. If a game malfunctions, we might cancel the affected bets and results. We’ll adjust balances if we need to.
15. What we’re liable for
You’re gambling at your own risk – we can’t be held responsible for any money you lose. If there’s a mistake (whether it’s technical or human), we can cancel bets or adjust balances to fix it.
16. Complaints
Got a problem? Contact our customer support team. We’ll do our best to sort things out quickly. If there’s a disagreement about what happened, our server logs are the final word.
17. Changing these terms
We can update these Terms whenever necessary. We’ll try to let you know about big changes, but it’s your responsibility to check back regularly. If you carry on using the site after we’ve made changes, that means you’re OK with the new version.
